Loyal Wig Limited – Return & Refund Policy

🕒 1. Right to Cancel & Return Period
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
Once cancellation is notified, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods, provided they meet our conditions.

📦 2. Eligibility & Condition of Returns
Wigs must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and not worn, styled, brushed, or altered in any way. Avoid contact with perfume, tobacco, food smells, hair‑spray.
Please wear a wig cap when trying on, to comply with hygiene standards.
If evidence of wear, tampering with tags, or any alteration is found, the item will not be accepted for return.
❗ 3. Non‑returnable Items
Human hair wigs, custom/pre‑order items, and accessories (e.g. wig caps, adhesives, eyelashes) are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
International orders (outside the UK) are excluded from automatic returns under this policy.
🚚 4. Return Process
Contact us first to request a return authorization. You must include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)—this must accompany your return, either written or as a visible label.
Ship the item using a tracked and insured service—we do not accept responsibility for lost returns.💷 5. Restocking Fee & Costs
If your return is for change of mind, we require a restocking fee to cover cleaning, re‑packaging, and quality inspection:
£20 for synthetic wigs
£500 for human-hair wigs (where returns are accepted, exceptionally)
Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we will refund your return postage upon inspection.
✅ 6. Faulty or Wrong Items
In the unlikely event your wig is faulty, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and provide photo evidence.
We will arrange either a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
⏳ 7. Refund Timing
Once returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Store credit may take slightly longer depending on your payment provider.
🚫 8. Repeat Returns
Loyal Wig Limited reserves the right to refuse service or limit returns for customers exhibiting a pattern of excessive returns.
Continuous misuse of returns may lead to future orders being refused.
